We started production in 1981 with 400 buckets, transitioned to a pipeline in the late 1980’s. Currently, the operation has 850 on vacuum and 500 on buckets. We are looking at expansion within the next couple of years. We boil on a 2 ½ x 8 ½ waterloo evaporator conventional wood fired with a reverse osmosis. We sell various sizes of containers as well as maple butter and candy. We also sell bulk syrup.
