Hosts: Joanne, Rejean Cardinal & Sons
Sucrerie du Ruban is a family owned and operated cabin style reception hall that seats 150 and a maple farm located half way between Montreal and Ottawa nestled in Ste. Anne de Prescott. We offer a wide selection of breakfast and brunch items on weekends (with reservation only). We open for sugar making from March until late April.
When the sap is flowing, come visit our sugar camp to see the process of maple syrup being made. We also make maple treats, maple butter, caramel and much more. The Cardinal’s are a 3rd generation family operation.
As customarily we close the maple season with our annual Pancake Day fundraiser for Make@Wish Eastern Ontario. During the off season we host weddings, family gatherings and much more.
Looking forward to your visit on Maple Weekend, we are worth the detour.
