We are a family owned and operated small business with a vision to share our passion with others. Our family farm sits nestled in Rural South Western Ontario. The 30 acres of woodlot is home to many maple trees which we tap to collect maple sap in the early spring months and boil it down to delectable golden Pure Maple Syrup. With a short season of about 6 weeks, our family is bustling from sun up to many hours after sun down with the collection of sap and the boiling, right down to bottling of our finished product.
The Sugar Shack provides an environment where talking and laughing bring us together as a family. Our passion is to share some of this experience with you! Come out and experience the sweet smells and tastes of the Maple season, during the months of March and April.
Join us as we adventure back to the Sugar Bush in a wagon and walk along the trails to experience from start to finish, the art of Maple Syrup making. Shoot a bow and arrow at our “Ojibwa Sugar Camp” target, try your hand at the crosscut saw at the Pioneer Camp. Witness the sap boiling into Maple Syrup in our Sugar Shack, and enjoy some pancakes and our own delicious berkshire pork sausage topped with the golden delicacy that delights our taste buds!

For Maple Weekend, we will be open on the Saturday from 10:30-3pm. Sugar bush tours at 11:00, 1:00, & 2:30. Sunday afternoon at 2pm with one sugar bush tour leaving at 2:30pm only.
