Nestled in the quaint little town of Vankleek Hill, Cassburn Sweets established itself as a premier producer of maple syrup in 1999. Owned and operated by the Lamoureux Family, this 35 acre sugar camp sees 3000 trees tapped annually. As a tribute to generations of traditional maple syrup producers, 400 trees are tapped using the spill and bucket method. The remaining 2600 trees are connected via modern pipeline.
Regardless of the tapping method, the unique natural flavour of maple syrup remains unchanged. Free from additives, maple syrup is full of plant proteins and minerals.
