Coutts Country Flavours

Perth, Ontario

Hosts: The Coutts Family

The Coutts family came to Canada from Scotland in the mid 1800’s. Archibald Coutts first made maple syrup in the late 1800’s.

His son George started to make maple syrup in 1920. The family tradition has continued on an annual basis since. It was passed on to Ken & family in the late 1950’s.

Ron bought it in 1998 and now his son Nicholas Coutts is involved making it to 5th generation. We will be celebrating 100 consecutive years in year 2020.
