The Fulton family has been making mouth-watering, certified organic maple syrup for more than five generations. Fulton’s maple syrup, maple gourmet products and Maple Luscious bath & body care line are all hand harvested and made in small batches on the family farm near Pakenham. Guests enjoy four walking trails, self-guided tours of historical, pioneer methods of sap to syrup as well as a visit to our modern-day Sugar Camp. From mid-February to mid-April, dine in the old fashioned, family friendly 120 seat, pancake house. Place your order with our staff at the griddles, choosing from traditional pancakes, sausages, maple baked beans, maple desserts and more with lots of Fulton’s maple syrup on every table. Horse-drawn sleigh/wagon rides, maple taffy, live music, demonstrations and more are available on weekends and select dates, including Maple Weekend.
Sixth generation grandsons, Parker, Tyson and Logan “Triple Trouble Maple Syrup” (a tiny little division of Fulton’s) will be in the Sugar Camp once again working alongside their father, Scott Deugo, learning the art of producing maple syrup on their own 2′ x 6′ wood fired evaporator.
Enjoy delicious tree to table maple goodness and be sure to bring your questions. We love to talk about all things maple! Visit our website or follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to stay current on what’s happening at Fulton’s Pancake House & Sugar Bush.
